Cancellation Policy

To provide the best service for all my clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the appointment to someone else who may be waiting. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may result in a 50% charge of the service cost. • No-Shows (missing your appointment without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Emergency Situations – I understand that life happens. If you’re unable to keep your appointment due to an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
